Your IPMI badge is your ticket to all events and receptions throughout the conference. When you arrive, visit the IPMI registration desk to collect your badge. Registration is open on specific days and times, so check the schedule. Don't forget to wear your badge to all IPMI functions, as there will be checkpoints throughout the conference.

Must-Attend: The IPMI Experience for First-Timers

Don't miss the IPMI experience for first-time attendees. This welcome event is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow attendees and IPMI staff and learn more about the conference.

Dress Code and Event Etiquette

The dress code for daytime and evening events is resort casual, which means collared shirts and trousers. Session rooms can get chilly, so consider bringing a sweater or jacket. For outside events, you may want to wear shorts. For the banquet, the dress code is semi-formal (business suit and tie optional for men, cocktail dress for women).

What's Included and Exclusive Events

Your conference fee includes all evening cocktail receptions and sponsored events, except for the president's reception and awards banquet on the last evening. You can sign up for this event before arriving at the conference, and you can visit the IPMI site to register if you haven't done so.

Technical Sessions and Networking Tips

All presentations from the technical sessions can be emailed to you after the conference. Feel free to take notes and photos of individual slides, but full video recording is not permitted. The registered attendee list will be posted on the IPMI website, but you can request the full up-to-the-minute list by emailing mail@ipmi.org.
