Objectives
- Organize meetings 2 times per year to include relevant topics for the IPMI community.
- Enlisting sector experts and relevant industry participants to present and conduct discussion groups
- Inspire and empower women to transcend traditional boundaries, harness inner strength to conquer work and life challenges and increase their confidence to create new paths in the precious metals industry.
- Growth and Recognition – welcome new women and celebrate all accomplishments, promotions, milestones, and spotlights within the Precious Metals Industry.
- Create a mentor\mentorship program to support the advancement of female leaders in the industry.
- Bring awareness to and discuss difficult topics such as gender bias, family diversity and work life balance as a female in a male dominated industry.
- Envision additional ways that the proposed committee can help ensure a thriving world for future generations in the Precious Metals Industry.
